Bosun One

Bosun One provides a comprehensive vessel management solution for Fleet Operators running multiple vessels, crews and services. It is an online package for all your vessel’s voyage logs, trip reporting, crewing records, operational maintenance and regulatory compliance. Available for iOS and Android on tablets, phones or desktops collecting real time data which is reported instantly whenever a mobile connection is made. As such it operates anywhere coastal or offshore without requiring a cellular signal.

Bosun One enables vessel operations managers to monitor and track the week to week requirements of their fleet and simplify the recording of every boat’s maintenance, crewing, performance and expenditure. Bosun One allows real time reporting of specific voyages, weekly or monthly reports to confirm or analyse company performance targets.

It allows for a coherent framework for the day to day operational checks for each vessel and the scheduling of regular maintenance and real time reporting of defects and faults. This can be tailored to the needs of individual boat owners or the managers of multi vessel operations under an MNZ approved MTOP or MOSS.

Crew certification, ticketing, seatime, vessel specific training, peer reviews and drills are managed within Bosun One as part of the fleet or ship’s crewing matrix. Crew can self manage their calendar of tasks under the vessel VSOP and shore managers can monitor this and schedule their crew roster requirements.
